Back Massage

Back massage is a focused treatment for the muscles of the upper, middle and lower back. It uses flowing strokes, kneading and carefully applied pressure to create a relaxing experience and give extra attention to areas that feel tight, stiff or overworked.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the back is associated with a number of acupuncture points and meridian pathways. Gentle pressure may be applied to selected points as part of the treatment, alongside familiar massage techniques.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and preferred level of pressure. This treatment may be especially appealing if you spend long periods sitting, perform repetitive work or simply want time to relax and unwind.
