Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture

 

Cosmetic facial acupuncture is a gentle treatment in which very fine, sterile, single-use needles are placed at carefully selected points on the face. Additional acupuncture points on the body may also be included, depending on your individual consultation.

 

The treatment is based on traditional Chinese medicine principles and offers a calm, personalised addition to a facial-care and wellbeing routine. Many clients find the experience relaxing and may feel that their face looks rested or temporarily refreshed afterwards. Individual experiences will vary.

 

Cosmetic facial acupuncture does not produce the same results as injectable or surgical procedures. Results cannot be guaranteed, and the treatment should not be advertised as curing acne, removing scars or permanently reducing wrinkles, dark circles or enlarged pores.

 

Temporary redness, minor bleeding or bruising can occasionally occur. Please tell your practitioner if you take blood-thinning medication, bruise easily, are pregnant, or have recently had facial injections, surgery or another cosmetic procedure.
